(a) Dismantling and takingout carefully mortor assembly of hydro machine with the help of lifting arrangement by fabricating lifting stand using fastener, MS Channel, MS Plate, welding work complete as per site requirement (Qty – 01 Job). (b) Repair to unserviceable bearing housing of hydro machine at work shop using brazing work, lathe work etc (Qty – 01 Job). (c) Supply and replacement of hydro bushing suitable for super shine SR 50 model (Qty – 01 Job). (d) Supply and replacement of bearing suitable for motor of hydro machine (Qty – 02 Nos). (e) Supply and replacement of brake switch suitable for motro of hydro machine for Supershine SR 50 Model (Qty- 01 No). (f) Servicing & general repair to hydor machine, checking all components for serviceability, greasing of moving parts complete and testing of hydro machine for satisfactory performance (Qty – 01 Job). (g) General servicing / repairs to washing machines, checking all components for serviceability, greasing of moving part complete and testing of washing machines for satisfactory performance (Qty – 03 Job). (h) Remove the unsv solenoid valve from the washing machine and replacement of solenoid valve of suitable size complete all as directed (Qty- 02 Nos). (j) Repair to wiring and setting of contractors, timer, relay complete for washing mancines (Qty – 03 Job). (k) Replacement of V belt No A-70 for washing machines (Qty – 09 Nos). (l) Replacement of V bell No. B-97 for washing machine (Qty – 08 Nos). (m) Replacement of bearing for 7.5 HP motor of washing machines (Qty – 02 Nos). (n) Replacement of timer suitable for washing machine (Qty – 01 Job). (o) Replacement of on/off switch for washing machine (Qty – 02 Nos). (p) Replacement of wire rope for drain valve assembly (Qty – 03 Nos). (q) Removing old gland packing from washing machines and S&F new gland packing as per requirement (Qty – 03 Job). (r) Servicing & general repair to tumbler machines, cheking all components for serviceability, greasing of moving parts complete (Qty – 03 Job). (s) Remove the unsv steam valve from the tumbler machine and replacement of steam valve complete all as directed (Qty – 01 No). (t) Remove the unsv 02 Nos pedestal with bearings from the tumbler machine and replacement of 02 Nos pedestal with bearings including shaft welding, turning etc complete all as directed (Qty – 01 Job). (u) Servicing & general repair to Boiler plant, checking all components, pipe lines, valves, burner, chimney etc for serviceability of all parts complete and testing of Boiler plant for satisfactory performance (Qty – 01 Job).
