PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT WEST AREA OF AF STATION JALAHALLI

Provision of services for operation and maintenance of Electric driven pump sets and chloronome plant of various capacity installed at various location including standby DG Sets at water supply installations West area Jalahalli in all days including Sundays and all National Holidays by providing required skilled tradesman for water supply installation and receiving and distribution of water as directed by JE E/M , and Engineer-in-Chargeat various locations of West area as per Note (i) to (viii) below complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE: Operator shall rectify the minor defects of plants during break down & also to concerned JE E/M. Note:- FGM/operatar shall rectify the minor defcts of plants during break down and also intimate to JE and Engr in charge Note :-(i) The contractor shall deploy minimum one FGM/ per shift i,e 3 shift per day ( 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift ) at locations as under (ii) 01 FGM (Operator) per shift of 08 hrs for 03 shifts including Sunday and holiday at pump house at AFTC (iii) 01 FGM (Operator) per shift of 08 hrs for 03 shifts including Sunday and holiday at pump house at Service Centre. (iv) 01 FGM (Operator) per shift of 08 hrs for 03 shifts including Sunday and holiday at Ayyappa Temple pump house. (v) 01 FGM (Operator) per shift of 08 hrs for 01shifts including Sunday and holiday at 2DC Area pump. (v) FGM shall not leave installation till the reliver attends duty . (vi) The contractor shall arrange alternate person of respective trade during absence and leave period of existing FGM (vii) The trades personnel employed above shall be willing to work in any location specified above for the same nature Total 10FGM SKILLED PERSONS PER DAY Shift Duty timings 1st Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours,2nd Shift: 1400 Hours to 2200 hours, 3rd Shift: 2200 Hours to 0600 Hour

Provision of services for operation and maintenance of water supply system with valves various capacity installed at various location including standby DG Sets at water supply installations West area Jalahalli in all days including Sundays and all National Holidays by providing required skilled and semi skilled tradesman for water supply installation and receiving and distribution of water as directed by JE E/M , and Engineer-in-Charge to avoid delay in operating the valves at various locations of West area as per Note (i) to (viii) below complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE: Operator shall rectify the minor defects of plants during break down & also to concerned JE E/M. Note:- FGM/Valve man / operatar shall rectify the minor defcts of plants during break down and also intimate to JE and Engr in charge Note :-(i) The contractor shall deploy minimum one valve man per shift i,e 3 shift per day ( 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift ) at locations as under (ii) 01 Valve Man/operator per shift of 08 hrs for 02 shifts including Sunday and holiday at distribution system 410 AF Stn (West), CTI area, Prasad Enclave, Subrato Enclave, KLP area. (iii) 01 Valve operator per shift of 08 hrs for 01 shift including Sunday and holiday at AFTC Offrs Mess, Herman block, Mehra block, Narasimha block and single Offr living block. (iv) 01 Valve operator per shift of 08 hrs for 01 shift including Sunday and holiday at CQAE Area,CE(AF) Complex and ASC Supply point. Total 04 Valve man Semi Skilled persons per day Shift Duty timings 1st Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours,2nd Shift: 1400 Hours to 2200 hours, 3rd Shift: 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours. (v) Valveman shall not leave installation till the reliver attends duty . (vi) The contractor shall arrange alternate person of respective trade during absence and leave period of existing Valveman .
