BED PLY WOOD TOP [FD-246/247] (a) Supply & fixing head board (legs and horizontal & vertical rails shall be made out of Ist class hard wood Shisham and vertical members of the frame shall be made out of Ist class Deodar wood), frame covered with 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak face and edges covered with teak wood beading, exposed wooden surfaces duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable head board all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial item No 1(a) herein before but foot board –ditto-

(c). Supply & fixing long rail made out of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable long rail, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(f) Removing of unserviceable teak face plywood of Head board of bed ply top and supply and fixing new ply made to 4 mm thick teak face plywood commercial of suitable size including 12 mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing.

(g) Removing of unserviceable teak face plywood of foot board of bed ply top and supply and fixing new ply made to 4 mm thick teak face plywood commercial of suitable size including 12 mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing.

(h) Removing of unserviceable flat iron of bed ply top and supply and fixing new flat iron of size 35 x 5 x 140 mm long, bents to right angle on each corners of bed, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing. (Each flat iron support shall be measured as one unit).

(i) Supply & fixing 12mm thick plywood on top of bed ply wood, of size 1980mm x 910mm commercial to be fixed with appropriate size of screws including dismantling of existing unserviceable top, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS [FD-230] (a) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken top/ bottom of table dressing gents of any description in any position and supply & fixing new top of table made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board both teak face laminated including grade exterior 6MM thick teak wood beading made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable worn out rexin, foam & Plywood from back of chair easy steel cushioned and supply & fixing new foam of size 50mm x 380mm x 560mm of 40 density and rexin (approved quality) and 12mm thick plywood BWR of existing shape and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) Removing old unserviceable worn out handle. Supply and fixing new wooden handle of good quality complete all as specified and directed.

(d ) Removing old unserviceable worn out Shoe, Supply and fixing newshoe of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Steel portion of chair shall be painted with a coats of synthetic enamel paint of Hemotone/ Grey colour over a coat of primer whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 12mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed over the top rails for seat

(b) The seat of the stool shall be made of 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth (cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 450/- per meter)

(c) Teak wood legs

(d) Teak wood long rail

(e) Teak wood short rail

(f) Teak wood stiffener (Side/ Centre)

REPAIR TO TABLE COMPUTER (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/03) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken parts of table computer and supply & fixing new parts fixed in replacement all as shown in drg, preparing and polishing new parts to match the existing shade complete all as specified and directed as follows :-

(a) Top of table computer made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board, one side laminated & other side white balancing exterior grade with 2mm thick PVC beading alround complete all as specified and directed.

(b) shelves, bottom shelves of table computer made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board, one side laminated & other side white balancing exterior grade with 2mm thick PVC beading alround complete all as specified and directed

(c) Key board of table computer made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board, one side laminated & other side white balancing exterior grade with 2mm thick PVC beading alround complete all as specified and directed

(d) Taking out old unserviceable frame of table computer . Supply and fixing new frame of 75x25 mm square pipe of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm omplete all as specified and directed

(e) Taking out old unserviceable channel from table computer. Supply and fixing new channel of existing size in best quality complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Taking out old unserviceable Knob/ handle from table computer. Supply and fixing new Knob/ handle of existing size in best quality complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Taking out old unserviceable Shoe from table computer. Supply and fixing new shoe in best quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/12) (a) Removing old unserviceable worn out cushions and tapestry cloth from seat and back of chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new cushions of 50mm thick of 40 density and new tapestry cloth (cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350/- per meter) of existing shape and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable broken frame of the chair writing and Supply & fixing new the frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section of existing size and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(c)Removing old unserviceable worn out old seat ply from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new seat made of 12 mm thick hot press plywood in proper size and shape complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(d)Removing old unserviceable worn out old back ply from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new seat made of 12 mm thick hot press plywood in proper size and shape complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(e)Removing old unserviceable worn out old arms rest from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new arm rest in one piece made of black integral skin polyurethane in proper size and shape complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(f)Removing old unserviceable worn out old rubber stoper (shoe) from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new rubber stopper in superior quality in proper size and shape complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(g)M7 L for spot welding of broken joint 25mm to 75mm long and and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of welded suface complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(h) Steel portion of chair shall be painted with a coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer whereever required complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

REPAIR TO TV TROLLEY (FD/E6/MAP/04) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken parts of TV Trolley and supply & fixing new parts fixed in replacement all as shown in drg rest is all as specified and directed as follows :-

(a) top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 2mm thick PVC beading alround the edges of size and shape all specifed and shown on drawing.

(b) The sides,back,shelf shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of size and shape all specifed and shown on drawing.

(c) Removing unserviceable front shutters. Supply and fixing new front shutters shall be of 5 mm thick glass shutter with magnetic catcher complete all as specifed and directed.

(d) Removing unserviceable worn out Brass handle and Supply and fixing new Brass handle and door catchers complete all as specifed and directed.

(e) Removing unserviceable worn out wheel from the TV trolley, Supply and fixing new heavy duty ball bearing type 50mm dia swivel type castors heavy duty twin wheel to match the original.

TEAPOY VARANDAH (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/17) (a) Taking out old unserviceable teapoy verandah top and supply and fixing new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side decorative and other side white BWR type exterior grade with alround 6mm thick teak wood beading duly polished as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

(b)Spot welding of broken joint 25mm to 75mm long and and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of welded suface complete teapoy Verandah all as specified and shown on drawing.

(c) Preparation of old painted surfaces of the teapoy verandah and applying one coat of black synthetic enamel paint Ist quality to steel surfaces as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Supply and fixing in repair PVC hard rubber shoes of best quality for teapoy varandah as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR MAT FINISH (MAKE SUPREME/ORNATE (TRADE PATTERN) (a) Removing old unserviceable worn out Tepastry Cloth , foam & 2mm fibre seat from chair mat finish and supply & fixing new foam of size 35mm of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth and 2mm Fibre seat. (cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350/- per meter)

(b) Removing old unserviceable worn out Tepastry Cloth , foam & 2mm fibre back from chair mat finish and supply & fixing new foam of size 25mm of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth and 2mm Fibre back.
