Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of fair finished surfaces of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation, plinth beam and similar work vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Grade (design mix) as in foundation, raft footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns basement slabs, under- reamed and mass concrete piles etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Grade (design mix) as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhanges etc also splays between floors and beams, etc, for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade (design mix) as in roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting including painting with bituminous paint on the embedded portion in concrete etc. and similar work, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mmm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including weathering, slightly rounded or champered angles and throating as in coping and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

S&F concertina coil galvanised 60cm dia including securing point in crossing and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length, fixed on walls or in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and inserting 20mm thick pre-formed filler board as in crumple joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ barbed wire fencing any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out of embedded portion in concrete or brick work and making good sisturbed ground complete all as specifed and directed.

Demoilition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches using fine dry sand cushioning to cable 8cm before laying of cables and 15cm after laying cable which shall be punned down to 10cm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned down thickness shall be measured and paid.

Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class ;B; laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to steel tubular poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 mtr length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30cm width (black and yellow alternatively) and painting complete with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts, complete including laying 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for cable protection and fixing to existing pole with flat iron 25 x 3mm clamps using nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed by GE. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

S&F MS arms bracket for mounting one in Nos street/ Building security light fitting 40mm medium grade GI at an angle of 30 degree, 1.5mtrs long including clamp/ nut/ bolts and washers to brace the same properly with duly painted in synthetic enamel paint of two coats in silver colour complete all as specified and directed. S&F out door type SMC junction box of size 170x170x105mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet, provision for cable connection, MCB SP6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controlling the pole light, including necessary connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 40mm dia GI tubing, light grade with and including short lengths, laid in trenches or pavement or fixed to wall or along pole for protection of GI strip or crossing of nallah/ bridge/ road etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / duct / along pole/ wall including making connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of thimbles/ lugs and cable gland etc is including in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

S&F replacement cable PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm 3 core cut to pieces all as required, drawn into conduit/ pipe fixed to wall or pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rigid non-metallic grade PVC conduit of size 20mm dia, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : An amount of Rs. 80,210.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum
