UPGRADATION / IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION (CLEAR WATER COMPLEX) AT SRI GANGANAGAR MIL STN

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of pipe line, cable trenches, for pole or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipe (ISI marked) class K-9, bore 100mm, confirming to IS : 8329-2000, spigot & socketed ends centrifugally cast, with cement mortar lining inside and metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe, including rubber tyton joints (Push-on joint) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Earth work, DI specials/ fittings shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Test Certificate for pipes from manufacturer shall be produced. No payment shall be entertained without Test Certificate.

Supply and laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum pump set with horizontal foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage motor working on three phase 50 Hz, 415 volts,+/- 10% 7.5 KW (10 HP) with PCC foundation along with MS base frame including cost of flexible couplings, coupling guard, starter etc complete in all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Heavy duty Chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH working pressure 10 kg /cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor , agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with Chemical grade PVC NRV. along with Control panel for Dosing Pump made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital Volt meter, Amp meter, single phase preventor, High voltage low voltage protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 3 layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position cap 1000 litres complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Ball valves of 20 mm dia, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of steel water tubing 25 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple, flange etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of steel water tubing 40 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple, flange etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M&L MS work including MS angles, flat, sheet etc suitable for construction of frames as specified and as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note :- PCC work for grouting purpose shall be deeemed to included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing DI fitting upto 250 mm bore pipe line for reducing/bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing decreasing or double socket extra Tee pieces single branch Y 'Junction' double branch cross collers cap etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia with flanged ends class PN 1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS:14846-2000, drilled type, steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, suitable for CI/DI pipe line, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet insertion 3.0mm thick at both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve 250 mm dia with flanged ends class PN 1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS:14846-2000, drilled type, steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, suitable for CI/DI pipe line, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet insertion 3.0mm thick at both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing water level indicator having five stage magnetic sensing probe unit made of stainless steel (SS-30) of 16 mm dia probe stem customised to depth of the tank and sensors are epoxy sealed in the probe stem actuated by float that moves on the probe stem with the level of water in the tank and reading shown in LED digital panel including connection from probe unit to panel with copper conductor cable of suitable size as per manfacturer instructions drawn through & including 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI, arked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surface/roof/floors including all fitting arrangement i.e PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of factory made Panel board of size approx. 0.60x0.60x0.30 mtr ,out door CPRI approved of cubical type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet confirming to IS-8623 out dooor type totally enclosed double door with glass window fixed of suitable size for visibility of water level display from outside,hinged type front & rear opening weather proof dust vermin proof with canopy slope top powder coated painting locking arrangement, magnetic catch as directed entry holes and glands of siutable size of incoming/outgoing cable mounted on including MS angle iron stand fabricated out of 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with a clearance of at least 0.45 mtr above ground level and 0.3 mtr below ground level incling reqd PCC for foundation and copping , internal coper control wiring suitable size for instrument/indicators etc suitable size of copper strip for cable connection from copper bus bar of high quality electrical grade including incommer MCCB TPN 32 Amps-01 Nos, Outgoing (i)16 Amps SPN-02 Nos (ii) Digital timer with 16 Amps power contactor & facility for fixing of water level controller, display etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting and excavation of road/pathways etc any type, size as required for laying of pipe 100 to 250 mm, after laying of pipe returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers upto 30cm in soft/loose soil and hardcore and top layer 100 mm (compacted) of cold bituminous mix, tamped and rolled properly using betuminous cold emulsion of industrial grade with penetration 40/50 mixed with aggregate of various sizes all as per manufacturer's instructions to match the existing level of road/pathway complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Make of cold bitumen emulsion shall be approved by GE before incorporation in the work.

Supply and laying DWC pipe of size 50 mm (OD) bore, ISI marked,laid in trenches, under road, insert under holes for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

M&L for boring of holes under main road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by trechless tech for accommodate upto 50 mm (OD) bore DWC pipe in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- DWC pipe and cable shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F retro reflective sign board writing with radium of required size, colour of letters on required background colour on single aluminium sheet of 3mm thickness including reveting, welding with angle iron of size 50X50X5mm & flat of size 20X5mm, incl painting & fixing the sign board with good support all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- MS work for legs, frame etc shall be measure and paid seperately under respective shedule of item.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforcement (TMT) with 8mm dia @ 100 c/c bothways & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (ii) PCC chamber shall be construced at least 1.50 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm size burried directly in ground to depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with char coal and common salt filling in alternative layers of 15cm thick and connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers etc made out of galvanized iron including 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth wire from earth to distribution board 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to funnel heavy wire mesh for watering purpose including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for contrite pit 10mm thick PCC slab cover frame all as specified and shown in electric plate Nos 3/ SSR Pt-I and testing on completion. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (ii) PCC chamber shall be construced at least 1.50 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 120x120x120 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, inner plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 50x50x5mm with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Consturction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 90x90x90 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, inner plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick mounted on angle iron frmae of size 50x50x5 mm with with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron air release valve with two outlets 40 mm dia and fixing up in water supply mains of size upto 250 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
