Clearing and Grubbing Road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, shaplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicable material and stacking of servicable material to be used as per Clause No.-201 excluding GST but including all taxes, labour cess, royalty, labour, material and T&P in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Scraping of Old Painted Surface including disposal of all scrapped material for a distance of 30m as direction by Engineer in Charge.as per MORTH specification clause No.3.15 -305.4.3 excluding GST but including all taxes, labour cess, royalty, labour, material and T&P in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclucive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH specification clause No.-301 completion in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted density not less than 97% of desired density as per design approved by Competent authority to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive all other taxes).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted density not less than 97% of desired density as per design approved by Competent authority to meet requirement of table 300-2. (cartage not less than 5 Km.) as per MORTH specification clause No.3.16 -305 in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Construction of granular sub-base (Grade-I) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with 3.5 meter motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with 1 cum capacity front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause No.-401 with Design Job Mix Approved by Competent Authority complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical 100 tonne mix plant carriage of mixed Material by 10 cum capacity tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.complete as per MoRTH clause 406 With Design Job Mix Approved By Competent Authority complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Providing and applying Primer Coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per MoRTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam(Gr.II) thickness 65 mm with higher capacity batch type 120 HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous VG-30 binder @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic 174 HP paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 with Design Job Mix Approved By Competent Authority complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 usung bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-2) thickness 30 mm with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant capacity 120 HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous VG-30 binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling smooth wheeled, vibratory with and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects With Design Job Mix Approved By Competent Authority complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Construction of shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted density not less than 97% of desired density as per design approved by Competent authority to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M35 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Earth work in excavation for RCC U-Type Drain (450x600 mm), Hume Pipe Culvert (1x600) & RCC Culvert (1x2x2) foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom , backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road road with approved material. As per MoRT&H Spec. Sr. No. 3.13 clause 304 As Per SOR-251 complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge Stone ballast, sand of 1.25 FM & Cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 for RCC U-Type Drain (450x600 mm), Hume Pipe Culvert (1x600) & RCC Culvert (1x2x2) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work With Proper Curing as per S.I. No. 280 complete in all respects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclucive GST but Inclucive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

M-25 Class R.C.C. work for RCC U-Type Drain (450x600 mm) & RCC Culvert (1x2x2) with cement approved coarse sand 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in porportion of 1:1/1/2:3 including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work With Proper Curing in bed block and Deks slab, abutment & pier including cost of suttering but excluding steel etc. complete As per SI No 286(a) complete in all aspects With Design Job Mix Approved By Competent Authority complete in all aspectsor as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

Supplying, fitting and placing for RCC U-Type Drain & RCC Culvert with govt. Approved HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications with approved test report as per MoRTH 13.06 1600 & 2200 with curing Including, Labour, Material & T&P complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).

M-150 sub class (A) brick work for RCC Culvert & Hume Pipe Culvert in 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 finess modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour tools and plants. Etc reuired for proper completion of work With Proper Curing complete in all respects As per sor ch 6 sl no 305(B) . Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes, Labour Cass, Royality, Labour, Material & T&P.

Providing weep holes for R.C.C. Culvert in reinforceed concerete abutment. Wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC/PVC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure slope of 1(V)20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 (including cost of materials) or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Exclusive GST but Inclusive labour cess, Royalty & All other taxes).
