Appointing Architectural Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Architectural and Structural Drawings and Cost Estimates for Proposed Government Guest House Building at Indira Nagar Gorimedu in Puducherry Region

Comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Proposed Government Guest House Building at Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry, including but not limited to: site visits, data collection and requirement assessment, preparation of preliminary conceptual layouts and a minimum of three alternative design options, preparation and finalization of master plan, preparation of detailed architectural design and drawings, detailed structural design and drawings, detailed design and drawings for internal building services (plumbing, sanitation, electrification, fire-fighting, fire detection, HVAC, lifts, networking and allied services), design and drawings for external development works (water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, landscaping, lighting, roads and allied works), integration of sustainable and energy-efficient design features (rainwater harvesting, natural daylighting, ventilation, efficient lighting and HVAC systems), preparation of detailed technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analysis and final cost estimates as per Puducherry Schedule of Rates and prevailing market rates, preparation of tender documents for departmental use, assist for departmental/statutory approval/submissions wherever applicable, revisions and clarifications until acceptance by the Authority/PWD, and submission of final DPR, drawings, documents and editable files in approved formats.
