Formwork to chajjas, throughs and similar items edges including flat rough finished surfaces upto double storey bldg incl necessary scoffolding all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for chajja and similar work all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, (for manholes etc) chullah hoods,chajjahs, water trough,mangers,shelves and similar article with plain faces.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured & paid separately).

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed of as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 25 mm thick in flooring all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mmx300mmx7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including joints filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 mixed with three parts of coarse sand by weight complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cast in situ in hold fast, coping etc as directed including use and waste of form work.

Supply and Fixing mild steel bands, straps, support clamps, hold fasts etc and similar small articles confirming to Fe-410-0 or 310-0

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC frame with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal atittner and fixed with 100 x 8mm sheet metal CSK (Counter Sunk Socket head) screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life).

Supply and Fixing factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Supply and fixing flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 35 mm thick factory made including one door stopper complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed, gauzed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any Number, stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8:20 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single or more rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement 1:2:4 type B–I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in back filling of chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for Box type steel windows and ventilator comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25 mm thick M S sheet tube, factory made with double side shutter wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass panes only shall be measured and paid separately) with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded including 2 Nos tower bolts 150 mm long for each leaf and 10 mm square bar grills at spacing as shown on drg welded to FI frame work, including other fittings, hinges, handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks etc all as shown on drg No CEPZ/TD-27/13 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length thickenss of metal to ne welded not exceeding 6 mm

Supply and fixing for stainless steel butt hinges, 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel barrel tower bolts size 150mm of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete masonary wall surface mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing in repair WC Orissa pattern white with a set of integral foot rest (580x 440) mm including L bend, & PCC bedding in 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and making good disturbed floor connecting to trap and flush pipe compete all as specified. (Rate of demolition in taking out and removal of old WC seat unhygienic condition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC valveless, symphonic action type, duel flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, PVC 32 mm 'L' bend of capacity 10.0 litres and making good to dismantled/damaged floor/surfaces, fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing chromium plated 20 mm dia, towel rail 600mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment with the following specification- Removing existing water proofing treatment and applying water proofing treatment on hirizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over and below the menbrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous paint/primer @ 0.10 kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/parapet after cleaning the surface by removing dust, dirt etc. as per manufacturer's instructions including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and including 2 coat of aluminium paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and necessary filling by chalk putty as and where required to make surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface.

Material & Labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite black (table rubbed and polished) fixed on cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over 20 mm thick CM 1:4 including making round hole for gas pipe in granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The slab on cooking plateform shall be in one piece No joint shall be provided in slab. The contractor shall note this point while quoting his rates.)

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick in kitchen with plugs, washers and waste, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495x420mm bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm including CP waste coulping and waste pipe complete all as specified & directed Note:- Sinks are to be fixed on granite stone after cutting the stone to proper shape)

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China, wash hand basin white, flat back , size 550x400mm including brackets of any size, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32 mm dia, waste coupling of chromium plated brass. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in CP mixer for mixing hot and cold wash basin water screwed down for iron pipe, 15 mm bore.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota slab pre-polished flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing complete, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota stone 16 to 18 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado & verticlal surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 18 to 20mm thick (weight not less than 10.5 Kg/Sqm) including magnetic catch PVC Ultra Violet chemical, glossymate finish 100% termite/water proof, fire retrandent eco friendly solid board both side decorative choice laminate as in kitchen cabinet, loft cupboard etc fixed with screws to steel/timber frame work etc complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for mangalore pattern tilling 10mm thick set and jointed with grey cement with pigment and pointed with neat cement slurry in chajjas over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 over PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), all complete and as specified.

Supply and fixing Kitchen stainless steel plate rack made out of 1 mm thick sheet and having partitions as per sample. The over all size (60x60x22cm) fixed with steel fastners or steel screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for water proofing treatment in sunken portion and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrarane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over and below the membarane over sunken portion after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc, as per manufacturers instructions including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete as in sunken floor mixed with water proofing compound

Material & Labour for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 (Using 40 mm graded brick bats) in filling of sunken portion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for 50mm dia GI Medium grade Pipe in sunken portion with all fitting and fixed complete as spouts including cutting hole and making good the same as directed.

Taking down, dismantling of broken/loose portion of chajjas, facia upto 450mm wide and making good the surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:1.5:3 including necessary formwork/scffolding and matching with existing surface of facia including two coat of cement base paint in chajja upto lst floor including anti corrusive paint on existing exposed steel surfaces, welding of existing reinforcement as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings etc or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning including providing fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard core, etc to store and rubbish not exc. 50m

All as per item No. 106 but except brick using serviceable brick tile retrived from item above complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.
