Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single leaf Electrically operated Sliding gate of length 12 m suitable for a clear opening of 10 m clear width and 1.8m height with track of 25 mm dia MS Solid bar fixed on ISMC of| size 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with suitable size round spikes i/c all civil works and associated works for installation of gates, cutting of bituminous /concrete road required for fixing of track, making good the same as per site conditions etc. complete as required as per following specifications: a. Outer main frame, vertical and horizontal support shall be of MS rectangular section of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm thickness. b. Cross supports shall be of 25mm x 25mm x 2mm thickness. c. MS wheels shall be EN8 metal of 125mm dia with double ball and self lubricated bearings (Make: SKF/ NBC) with suitable size of shaft and coupling. d. Drive unit shall be single phase micro processor controlled motor of minimum rating 450 W with IP 54 rating suitable for operation of sliding gate of weight upto 1500 Kg including suitable gear assembly, limit switches for both extremity of operation (close and open), safety sensor for detection of vehicle moment before / during operation of sliding gate etc., control panel for operation, control wires of suitable size between drive unit and control panel, control and sensors and 1 no. three push button station for close, open and stop operation. e. 2 nos post of 150mm x 150mm x 5mm thick with 2 pair of Nylon guide wheels of size 75mm dia x 100mm at the top for smooth movement of sliding gate in drive area. f. 1 no. post of 150mm x 150mm x 5mm thick with 'C' clamp holder at the closing end. g. Gate shall be painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of polyurethane paint of approved colour etc. complete as required. .

Orientation of movement of existing sliding gate by providing new channels and moving plate with rod including of refixing at the new place as required including civil foundation for the new pillar painting and relocation of motor with electrical connections change of limit switches etc as required

Supply of following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 Part amended upto date etc., complete as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC innersheathed / XLPE insulated copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding upto 35 Sq.mm in GI pipe including Supply and laying of GI pipe after excavation the existing road.

Providing and fixing sheet steel MCB enclosure, 6 way suitable for SPN MCB on surface/angle iron frame /recess complete with earth bar, DIN rail, detachable gland plates earthing the body, testing, commissioning etc., as required complete with 1 No 6-32 A DP MCB, 4 nos 6-32 A SPN MCB 'C' series
