Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit sixe 90 cm x 90 cm x 120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyound external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock and key . MS sheet cover should be painted with two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing of Altoch GP water disinfectant in packing of 45 Kgs plastic drums, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnection of burnt/defective motor from foundation/coupling, transportation to civil workshop for opening the motor and cutting/removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make. Insulating the winding with same class of insulation. Supply and replacement of base foundation incl nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting the pump for testing the motor and re installation at site after repair of electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volt 50 Htz AC for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacities and make of motors including demolition of existing bed of the motor after lifting and M&L for providing new PCC bed for respective motor as per existing old size incl making certain cemented platform works complete all as specified (The item rate is inclusive of new foundation bolts :- Electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volt capacity 100 HP.

-Ditto- all as per ser No 58 above but electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volt capacity 15/25 HP.

Supply and installation in replacement High pressure single head gear motor adjustable dosing pump set, uneffected on dry running having no loss of prime independent of back pressure and aboe to handle bot chemical solutions as well as suspensions, 230 volt 50 cycles, AC , 44 RPM, 1/30 fraction HP having output 2 US GPD to 40 GPD complete with accessories is tubing connecting nuts injecting check valves, ferrules etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Altoch dosing system consisiting of 100 litres PE/FRP tank with E/FRP lid and level gauge alongwiith Agiator (1280 RPM) with shaft and blade (FRP/Epoxy coated) plastic mounted on tank lid having port hole for pouring Altoch and water as required. Lid having provision for mounting dosing pump on lid Agiator motor 90 watts, 1440 RPM, 230 volts 50 cycles, 0.2 Amp and having speed controller to reduce speed upto 800 rpm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for de-watering, cleaning of water reservoir/UG sump of following capacity with high pressure jet complete all as specified and directed in six stages cleaining process as under :-(a) De watering the tank with portable sub mersible pump of suitable capacity (b) Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor with high pressure rotary water jet and bleaching powder/liquid (c) Spraying of non toxic bio de-gradable echo friendly anti bacterial agent certified by Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathogens. The dose utilized should be as per OECD guide No.432. (d) Treatment of inside tank exposing UV radiation to kill the suspended or floating bacterial material remaining in the tank. (i) 25000 Gallon capacity UG sump at 257 Transit Camp.
