Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 150mm bore by using suitable device required for removing blockage of line like mud, silt and other debris and buruying the debris obtained from the sewage line at a distance exc 100 m and not exc 200m, washing the line by flushing water though pipe line and including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1.00 meter depth including pumping out liquid sludge / waste materials taking out solid materils from the manhole /chambers and buruying the debris obtained from the manhole at a distance exceeding 100m not exc 200m, including washing manholes with fresh water including taking all precutionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Description all as per Sl item 02 here-in-before but depth of manholes exceeding 1.00 meter but not exceeding 2.00 meter complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Labour only for removing blockage of Water Closet, Indian/Europian type, urinal /bath or kitchen trap including cleaning of WC pan /floor trap/ nahani trap and removing blockage of down take pipe upto 1st man hole complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes, 150mm dia (SGSW,AC,SWR, RCC ) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Excavating in trenches soft and loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge..

Returning filling in soft and loose soil incl spreading leveling watering wall ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soft and loose soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe, 110mm bore including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and support to concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia single socketed in any length laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Demolition of brick/ stone /PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Material and labour Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc... including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc... complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in cover slab for manholes/drainage/septic tank cover, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary from work complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Material and labour CRS TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends, and binding spirally for hooping column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Clening and removing of all scals and dirt from the shallow well of any dia and 3m depth including bailing out of water etc... And cleaning with bleeching powder (internal surface) complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Bailing out waste water from septic tank 10 to 25 users, upto top of sludge/broken media using sewage pump by manual and taking out of sludge and removing the same to a distance of exc 50m away from the starting point and deposting in the pit not exc 10 Square Meter on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and coverd by ordinary soil to thickness not less than 30cm from existing ground level including sprinking of bleaching power over the area of trenches and septic tank and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Note: The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all the fittings and fixtures required to erect the sheet safely over the dome.
