Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Add to (or deduct from) item No 02 for every 3cm or part thereof above or below 15cm average depth out in soft / loose soil (for adjustment of rate only) complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface (in cutting) or roads with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in depressions which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or Picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt coarse agg of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonnes power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick WBM (in two layers of 75mm thick each layer) compacted thickness each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately with coarse stone aggregate of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) size spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller blinded with stone screening material complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming tack coat @ 5 kgs per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 Kgs per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bitumen macadam with binder content 4% of bitumen (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by the weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 11 to 13 :- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ ₹ 36.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said items.

Demolition of brick work masonry laid dry as in edging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Continous brick edging with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub Class 'B' old size briks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base of ground floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed factory made Precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and no pigment of Grade M-35 confirming to IS 15658-2006 of any size & shape as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc, laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion with filling of joint with dry screened sand complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil / material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stone, string courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, etc (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming coat including necessary preparation of new or previously untreated surface of concrete of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new / old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORTH specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.
