Supply,Install,Testing and Commissioning of step down 11 KV transformer,level-3,Voltage rating 11KV/0.433 Volts,out door type of capacity 315 KVA,,3 Phase,4 Wire,50 Hz, oil cooled, core type, floor mounted, Delta&star connected maximum losses as defined in vector group DYN 11,Double copper wound ONAN manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from +/- 7.5 % in steps of 2.5 % continuous rating of capacity 315 KVA incl cable end box on both HT & LT side .The transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, guages and including providing first fill transformer oil as per indication level etc and confirming to IS :1180 and fittings and accessories of transformers shall confirm to IS 3639,335-1996 as amended and duly mounted on rollers as per load bearing capacity of transformer and the transformer shall have the following fittings/accessories fitted as per IS and complete all as specified and directed.

(i) HV Primary side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain insulated bushing with brass bushing rods and nuts, bolts and washersand 01 No cable end box as per OEM gauge. (ii) LV Secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain insulated bushing with brass bushing rods and nuts, bolts and washers and 01 No cable end box as per OEM gauge. (iii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate of HT/LT sides (iv) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (v) One number Thermometer dail type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge :max reading painted terminal ,(vi) Lifting lugs, (vii) Dehydrating silicagel breather (viii) oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking, (ix) Cooling Radiator, (x) Thermometer pocket , (xi) Drain valve with plug or cover plate, (xii) Conservator tank, (xiii) Oil filling hole with cover including funnel, (xiv) Air release device / plug, (xv) Thermometer 100 mm dia/ stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting devices for transformer, (xvi) winding temperature indicator, (xvii) Air release device for transformer, (xviii) First fill of suitable grade tranformer oil confirming to IS and tested upto 60Kv die electric strength

Supply, install, testing and commissinoning LT panel board outdoor type of size 1400 mm long X1200 mm width X 600mm thickness(depth) with double door type suitable for working on 3 phase ,4 wire ,415 volts, AC ,50Hz, ,cubicle and shall have air ventilation arrangement,IP-54 Protection, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick at outer sheet and 2.0 mm thick at internal compartments CRCA sheet and necessary angle/flat irons duly powder coated, hinged doors with rubber gasket, handles.Panel shall have front and rear opening,locking arrangement,cable alleys,cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables busbar chamber and switch gear compartment,see through glass for indicator lamps, control copper wiring & safety fuses,earthing terminals,affix danger notice plate,aluminium busbar fixed on DMC/SMC insulators and all incoming and outgoing internal connection should be connected suitable rating aluminium bus bars only with RYB color code leeves/taps, and the panel will be mounted on 50mmX50mmX6mm GI angle iron base frame of height 45 CM above GL as per site requirement and below GL 45 CM and including connecting up of existing incoming and out going cables by using new aluminium lugs and cable gland and connecting of earth strip and providing civil work/PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 with studs,bolts,nuts & washers as per site requirement. And complete all as specified and directed and including comprising of following:-

M&L for galvanised iron metal fencing for 11 KV substation and including providing necessary fabrication work,welding, & drilling work,bending,cutting,nuts,bolts and washers etc for transformer fencing and gate with locking arrangements and necessary galavanised 100mm GI channels of length 2 meters heigh incl errection of channels 1.0 mtr below ground level and 1.5 mtr above ground level with proper foundation and coping two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of anti-corrosive silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing 11 KV grade cable XLPE/PVC insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volts (Earthed) grade, of cross sectional area 95 sqmm,3 core complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Havells india Ltd/Polycab wires Pvt Ltd/Gloster cables Ltd (Note:-(i) Excavation,Earth work,sand cushioning,cable covers and cable protection pipes shall be measured and paid separately.) (ii) The cable shall be in one length unless otherwise directed by GE.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.Make: Raychem/M-Seal/Denson

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.Make: Raychem/M-Seal/Denson
