Cost towards complete dismantling of the existing pump set along with all associated valves and accessories, including safe removal, handling, and shifting of the dismantled materials outside the pump house to a designated storage location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E.I.), complete in all respects.

Cost towards supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing (HSC) pump make wilo/wpil/kiloskar/jyoti for discharge capacity of 2030 m³/hr against total 122 m head suitable & compatible for existing motorof Marathon Electric make AC Induction Motor, rated at 925 kW, 11 kV, 3-phase, 50 Hz, operating at 1484 RPM, with S1 duty, IP55 enclosure, Class F insulation, including cost of new coupling suitable for the pump set with accessories as required. The scope also includes supply and installation of suitable Non-Return Valve (NRV) and sluice valve in the discharge line, and suitable sluice valve in the suction line, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (E.I.).

Cost towards modification, fabrication, and erection of suitable suction and delivery piping from the existing pipeline up to the new pump connections, including cutting, edge preparation, welding, and necessary alterations to ensure proper alignment and fitment. The scope includes supply and installation of required flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets, and all associated fittings as per site requirements. The work shall be executed to ensure leak-proof joints, proper alignment with the pump nozzles, and smooth flow conditions, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (E.I.).
