Repairs to the skid II of oxygen generation plant 1500LPM installed at District Hospital Ramban. The job involves Cleaning of tanks using proper cleaning methods with cleaning agents and refilling of the tanks with filtered Zeolite and topping up of 240kg of zeolite for optimum generation of oxygen. The job also involves servicing of the air dryer and repairs to air dryer -02 by replacement of the indicator bar including servicing of carbon filters- 02No.s along with replacement of dust and grease filters- 02sets and water separator filters -02sets and 01No.portable purity analyzer. The job also includes cost of material, skilled labour charges for dismantling ,refilling and reassembling of the oxygen separator after attaining the desird value output discharge of 90+% of oxygen along with assessories,transportation charges of material to the site,tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the successful completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.

Repairs to change over panel of skid II oxygen concentrator plant 1500LPM along with allied works at District Hospital Ramban . The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel. The job further involves replacement of damaged power contactor-MCX-43-1 no. of change over panel with new contactor conforming to same rating and specifications .The job also includes and testing of the panel on no load and thereafter on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles including all taxes etc.

Servicing of the screw air compressor of skid II of the oxygen generation plant 1500LPM at district hospital ramban.By way of changing screw compressor oil and replacement of compressor filters with new one. The job also includes and testing of the air compressor on full load. all unforeseen items/jobs required for the successful completion of job. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles including all taxes etc.
