M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/Hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36sqm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item no 23.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
