NOTE : (a) Input : 300-480V, 3phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC Output : Voltage stabilized at 380 volt, ±2.5% 3 phase, 50Hz, AC Speed of correction : 8volt/sec Protection : U/V, O/V, O/L protection O/P MCCB. (b) Necessary PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Primary : 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AZ Secondary : 415 Volt AC 3 Phase, 50 Hz Connection : Delta- Star. Vector Group : Dyn 11 Insulation : Class ‘B’ NOTE : Necessary PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earthing with copper plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earthing lead means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised Iron wire mesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore, medium grade, including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cubical housing LT panel outdoor type, of adequate size, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable form both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS sheet and built up suitable size angle iron frame work having front and rear hinged doors, GI earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply powder coated paint (RAL-7032). The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and necessary foundation work in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and comprising following :-

INDICATING DEVICES (a) Digital multifunction meter, model C, Class 1 with relay – 01 No. Make : L&T/ABB/HPL with suitable CT and wiring. (b) Three indication lamp neon type for three phase.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 250mm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sq.mm of 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rate of the saddle and clamps for fixing of cable on walls are inclusive with the quoted rate.

S&F sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring comprising 4 runs of single core 6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 2x6 sq.mm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs/DBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted by the contractor for per unit shall be deemed to be inclusive accordingly.

M&L for submain wiring comprising 2 runs of single core 6 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 1x4 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs/DBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted by the contractor for per unit shall be deemed to be inclusive accordingly.

S&F as in repairs sheet metal enclosure TP&N DBs, double door, 240 volts, 4 way complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 415 volt, 10KA ‘C’ curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN 40 to 100 Amp and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs for MCB single pole & neutral, 240 volts 32 Amps ‘C’ curve complete all as specified and as directed.
