REPAIRS TO PERIMETER ROADS AT AF STATION HAKIMPET

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying priming/tack coat with using viscocity grade paving bitumen(VG-10) @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam,well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.80 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 ton road roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying of picking gravelled macadam for bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and n.exc. 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam(WMM), with lime stone/ sand stone / flint/ quartzitestone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm) size graded stone, spread, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 confirming to IS 8887 @0.7-1.0kg/Sqm on surface of WMM /WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by the vibratory road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing Old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat withbitumen emulsion RS-1 RS-1 confirming to IS 8887 using 0.2 to 0.3kg/Sqm MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted by the vibratory road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying road marking paint on old / New Surfaces as per IRC 35 with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminious surface, applying of hot thermo plastic compond with minimum 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm inclusive of all surface cleaning, applying, labour charges, all taxes etc at site for finished item of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge
