M/L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 1.10 here-in before but one coat of white wash on ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls incl brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of colour wash on walls and cornices all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing tratment on plastered surface of wall including and prepration for two coat distemper oil emulsion over and including 1 mm thick JK Birla wall care putty to make the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/ unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 5.00 here-in before but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old cement base painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall including preparation for applying two coats of cement Base Paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of all existing treatment including preparation of old surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004. Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) wiht silcon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm all as specified and directed

M&L for taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick/stone/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.
