Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles pointed in cement mortar and removing rubbish etc outide the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska under brick tiles as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping plaster etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including wire brushing, cleaning the roof surfaces, flashing and junction of parapets with water complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) on roof surface/chajja including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and smooth in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions after applying neat cemen tslurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V section to 25 mm depth in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting,and painted with shalitex primer and filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less that 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished , reinforced with non-woven polyester matt make as approved, consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufactruer, of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/ltr at 25 degree celcius temperature and viscosity 70-160cps. Over the primer coat, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufactrer's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under :- (a) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree celcius as 650/450N/5cms. (b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 350/250N/5cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree celcius. Cold flexibility upto 20 degree celcius when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147) (c) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of manufacturerer of membrane only.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and jointed grouted flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 8.00 above but except brick tiles including cleaning of brick tile obtained from dismantling for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and clearing vegetation, debris from roof top, chajja etc. and disposal of the same to a distance n.exc 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing in CM (1:3) in brick tiles laid flat on roof etc including racking out joints /pointing complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster on RCC chajja,roof slabs and projection on top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) on RCC chajja, roof slabs and projection on top of chajja roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and fair on in CM (1:4), using water proofing compound as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly under res item of BOQ)

Material and labour for applying injection grouting using Dr fixit Pidicreate AM cementitious free flow grout 225 gms per 50 Kg cement bag by fixing 12 mm GI nozzles with fast setting plug and cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete all in complete as per manufactrures specifications including necessary scaffloding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, built in CM (1:6) straight or curved exceeding 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but herein except bricks including cleaning the old bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 or fair faces of brick wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to CI/AC down take pipes as in RWP , Gutter for arresting leakage using rubber or fibre based gaskets or cement upto 4th storey and applying one coat of white washing to soffit of chajjas and canopy, upto 4th storey height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new decorated wall surfaces plastered and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair Legs for CP brass mixer (S alphabat shape) as per sample suitable for Wall mixer/sink mixer etc screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair for standard kit of PVC internal fittings for low level flushing cistern complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC waste pipe 32/40 mm bore as WHB/Sink etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair curtain rod of 25mm dia stainless steel chromium plated including brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following: (a) Taking out/down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish from the site of work to a distance not exc 250m (b) Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) Material and labour for applying bituminous priming coat/tack coat over PCC surfaces @0.30 kg per square meter of surfaces. (d) Materail and labour for applying bitumen grade 85/25over priming coat @1.20kg per square mete. (e) Material and labour for 25mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound (WPC) @3% by weight of cement. (f) Material and labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 tyype E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level. Demolition and breaking of AC/PVC rain water pipes 100 mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC/ SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with and including fixing of MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mmx3mm including nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC bends plain(any radius) for 110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 40mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm2 fixed with MS clips & screws/plugs to walls or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non - skid ceramic coloured designer joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with grout of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, joint free etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with grout of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 57, 58 & 59 above but herein skirting / dados etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc joint free, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4), joint free with grout of matching shade complete, all as specified

All as per item No 61.00 above but herein skirting / dados etc over and including 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) joint free with grout of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in under layer floor complete all as specified and directed
