Contract for Development of Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Magarwara (MGW) Station Entirely on Railway Land

Net worth of the applicant shall be at least fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost of construction (as per the minimum infrastructural facilities determined by the Division). (For detailed eligibility condition, bidder should refer to Item No. 2, Para 17.2, Section -V (Instructions to the tenderer) of the tender document and attach documents accordingly)

Applicant shall have at least Two Years experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics and related business. (For detailed eligibility condition, bidder should refer to Item No. 1, Para 17.2, Section - V (Instructions to the tenderer) of the tender document and attach documents accordingly).

The category of applicants as mentioned under Para 17.1 of Section - V (Instructions to the tenderer) of the tender document, shall be eligible to participate in this tender and may submit the requisite supporting documents, as mentioned in the same para.

The bidder will be required to submit a proposed plan of GCT which should fulfill the minimum infrastructural facilities defined by the division, as per the GAD available on Annexure-I and details available in Section -IV of this tender document. For this purpose, Copy of GAD of GCT (attached as Annexure-I) or any GAD showing the planned facilities, fulfilling the minimum infrastructural facilities as depicted in GAD(Annexure-I) and Section -IV of this tender document, duly signed by the bidder, shall be submitted by the bidder.

For GCTs planned to be developed partially on Railway land and partially on Non railway land, the bidder should have acquired the right on land (of sufficient size) contiguous to identified land parcel - either through ownership, or through lease, or through consent-letter(s) from actual land-owner(s) duly indicating their willingness to provide land to the bidder in case the contract is awarded to him. Ownership papers/lease documents/ consent letter(s) from actual land owners duly indicating his/their willingness to provide land to the bidder in case the contact isawarded to him. Note:-As per the Minimum infrastructural facilities identified, the proposed GCT is entirely on Railway land. This compliance is required only if the proposed GCT plan being submitted by the bidder involves any Non Railway land.

The bidder has to submit Aadhaar number of the AuthorizedSignatory in case of Hindu Undivided Family/Partnership Firm/Company registered under Companies Act, 2013/ LimitedLiability Partnership/ Registered Society/Registered Trust/ JointVenture/Consortium (Self attested copy of Aadhaar) as perSection-III of tender document.

It must be noted that CONSORTIUM ARE ALLOWED TO BID in thistender as per GCT policy and tender conditions, however the eprocurement (IREPS) system is not allowing the same in NIT.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Firm Category: The bidder shall be required to submit/uploadself-attested/digitally signed copies of all supporting documentsrelating to specific category to which firm belongs, i.e. whether afirm is an Individual/Sole Proprietorship firm or HUF orPartnership or Company or LLP or Registered Society/Trust orJV/consortium or Government/Semi-government agencies andstatutory bodies under Central/state Government (includingdevelopment authorities and municipal bodies) as per para 17.1of Section-V (Instructions to the tenderer) mentioned in thetender document. (Please attach documents as mentioned inPara 17.1, Section-V of the tender document.)

Experience: Applicant shall have at least two years' experiencein manufacturing, transportation, or logistics and relatedbusiness. Bidder has to upload all relevant documents asmentioned at Para 17.2 (item no. 1), Section-V (Instructions tothe tenderer) of the tender document.

Undertaking: The bidders shall be required to submit anundertaking certifying the truthfulness of all the documentssubmitted/uploaded along with the tender. This shall bemandatory for all the bidders. In case of failure of the bidder tosubmit the undertaking, their offer shall be summarily rejected.The standard format of undertaking to be submitted by thebidder is enclosed as Annexure X of tender document. It shall bemandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state andsubmit the supporting documents duly self-attested by whichthey/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in theTender Document.
