PART - A Construction Work

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading GSB Graded material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement OPC @ 2% by weight to be spread on material manualy, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive stregth and to form a layer of sub base.as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401 (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading WBM Graded material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manualy, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base. as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401(GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using Bitumen VG-10, to required line, grade and leval to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat type C, composed of as chipping of 6.7mm size passing 100% passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve and VG-10 Bitumen, to seal the voids in a bitumenous surface, including its mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level, grades and cross fall, as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads trasportion to site spreding grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical specification Clause 303.1 (3.14) (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable) For Patri work

Maintenance of constructed road for next five year after completion of work shall be paid. as per GO No 17/2024/lk0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099-113/2023 yksd fuekZ.k foHkkx vuqHkkx&1 fnuakd 16-01-2024 ,oa dk;kZy; izeq[k vfHk;Urk ;krk;kr oxZ yks0fu0fo0 y[kuÅ dk i=kad&3689lh&vks0ih0vkj0,e0lh0@ewy&23&24 fnuakd 17-02-2024- Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in chage regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable). 1st year Maintenance cost total construction of cost Part 1 & 2 Rs 8211750.00 @ Zero percent & for 2nd year @ 0.75%

For 3rd year @ 1.50%

For 4th year @ 2.25%

For 5th year @ 3.00%
