Schedule"A" Part-I ( Internal Road, Shokhuvi) : Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: (All kinds of soil)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Supplying and stacking at site, 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate. (In cement mortar)

Supplying and stacking at site, 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate.

Supplying and stacking at site, Stone screening 11.2 mm nominal size (Type B).

Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to WBM specification in unifrom thickness, hand picking rolling with 3 sheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and cambe, applying and brooming requisite type of screeing/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M @ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : on bituminous surface @0.50Kg/sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectivley per 100 sqm abd 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumenper cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidtion with road roller of 6 of 9 tonne capacity etc. completer(rack coat to be paid for separeately) With paving asphalt grade VG-30 heated and the mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

Schedule"A" (Hume Pipe Culvert.) : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m for all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto plinth level 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (Use 600 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc in layers not exc 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Cement plaster 1:2 (1 Cement : 4 stone dust) on joints of hume pipe. (Out Side)

Providing and laying 15 mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) on rough side of single or half brick wall. (Out Side)

Schedule"A" (Retaining wall) : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (All kinds of soil)

Earth work in excvation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr deep and wide and getting out hard/dense soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 in fdn filling and mass concrete.

M & L for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : (Use Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

M&L for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. (Use Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

M&L for hard packing at back of wall with broken stone (use 90 mm to 45 mm ).

M&L for raised pointing in cm 1:3 to random (or) polygonal rubble masonry.)

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

M/L for steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (use Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.)

Schedule"A" Part-V (Repair and Maint of storm water Drain ) :Disposal of malba / similar unserviceable, waste materials removal from drain, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
