Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Silt clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Mtr and lead up to 50 Mtr.

Carriage of material Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge (upto 3.0 km)

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing stone slab covering of required size over drains including filling of joints with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

Add extra for providing richer mixes respectively at all floor levels roviding M-30 grade concrete by using cement as per codal provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.
