Maintenance of swimming pool of capacity 4.5 lakhs gallons by maintainng water parameter as per Indian standard quality tolerance for water including folowing :- (a) Removing /Bailing out sedimentation from bottom of entire swiming pool using suction sweeper befrore opening swiming pool for users each day on day decided by Engr-in-Charge . (b) Removing all floating particles by using strainer before openig swiming pool for users weach day / on days as decided by user and time of cleaning as decided by Engr-in-Charge. ( c) Cleaning of cascade system & mixing of chemicals as reqd for swiming pool

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 25000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (10000 Kg)carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles /20mm / 10mm / 40 mm / 2mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, replacing the un serviceable pressure gauge, testing and commissioning all as directed.

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 45000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (10000 Kg)carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles /20mm / 10mm / 40 mm / 2mm topping up the short fall with new media, including fabrication work inside pressure filter 150mm MS pipe and40mm GI pipe cutting , grinding , weldingand painting work after completion of work servicing the backwash system, replacing the un serviceable pressure gauge, testing and commissioning all as directed.

Cleaning of balancing tank of swimming pool of capacity up to 15000 ltrs by cleaning the balancing tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt, taking out dirt and sludge with sludge machine and disposing the same to a safe distance, scrubbing the internal walls and floor with industrial vacuum cleaner and finally applying anti bacterial sterilization to walls and floor of balancing tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of nylon rope of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replcement flexible hose pipe ribbed type high density 40 mm size all as specified. Make : Dinoflex, KR flex, Padma flex.

Supply and fixing in replcement flexible hose pipes ribbed type high density 50 mm size all as specified.Make : Dinoflex, KR flex, Padma flex.

Supply and fixing in replcement nylon rope 12 mm dia for the suction sweeper

Supply and fixing in replcement superior quality detachable type telescopic brush suitable for telescopic rod of 30mm dia ( bottom 28mm dia )Make:-Astral,Trios or Equivalent

M&L for backwashing of swimming pool water through pressure filter start the motor and complete, sludge , particles to backwash pipe line and duct every month once time complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces of pressure filter for painting of 2 Nos MS Tank vertical type with one coat of redoxide primer after grey colour painting of complete pressure filter outer surface and blue colour painting of all external pipes up to size 150mm , aluminium paint for motors 5 Nos and red colour paints of all valva handles and motor back side fan cover after paintiing work write a SM No of pressure filters complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge .

M&L for pressure jet machine cleaning of water cascade and deep side water inlt pipe and lengeth side holes cleaning through compressed pressure air to liase with BWSSB Jet machine and whenever reqd at site cleaning the blocked holes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge .

Supply and fix sluice valves PN 1.6 of size 250mm, IS marked these valves are fixing sandwich type fitting requirement necessary MJ collar Flange joint may be arrange fxing of new valves all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron body foot valve 250mm bore spring type which ever be required for fixing including making good disturbed surface and taking out old cast iron foot valve from the suction side of the pump set from swiming pool sump etc. complete all as specified and direct at site.

Supply and fix sluice valves PN 1.6 of size 80mm, IS marked sandwich type fitting requirement necessary MJ collar Flange joint may be arrange fxing of new valves all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the cenrifugal pump set of 10 HP capacity from motor by dis-engaging the coupling , taking out the pump from the foundation and transporting to the workshop, opening the pump, taking out the shaft along with impeller , removing the foreign materials from the inner casing , cleaning checking for wearing out of the impeller , bearing sleeves shaft etc. replaing the worn out parts , assembling the pump complete by replacing the gasket, nuts bolts washers , greasing , greasing of bearings all as required , transporting pump to the site mounting on base frame , checking for prpoer alignment of pump shaft with motor shaft , adding the the steel sheets as required , checking with dial gauge for correct alignment , connecting the shafts couping and test runing for smooth operation all specified and as directed. NOTES :- (i) Transportation and necessary T&P for shifting the motor to workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Major spares like impeller , sleeves etc will be measured and paid under relevent items of this schedule .

M/L for maintenance and servicing of DG SET complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel , drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter ements 2 nos ,super bypass filter element 1no, oil filter element 2 nos and filling the starting batteries elecrtrolite to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging , replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer , checking of voltage ,frequency, amps , fuel, oil , water level and exhuast leakage etc. Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque ..etc and testing as directed by Engineer In Charge and recording the test result complete for DG set of capacity 250 KVa to 380KVA.

Note:- Engine Coolant, filters and belts will be measure nd paid seperately . (b) Cost of all minor items ie gaskets grease liner etc deemed to be inlcuded in quoted rate.

Repair/Maint of following mentioned radiator assy of DG set by disconnecting and removing from eingine , dismantling the top & bottom chambers , descalling the sediments and scales , corrosion ..etc by means of suitable chemicals and high pressure water washing , air cleaning , re assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage , if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses clips etc including cleaning the slots as required chemicals and other T&P reqd for job Note : - Cost of transportation if any, chemicals and other T&P reqd to complete job is deemed to be inclue in quoted rate The rate qouted rates.
