Taking out existing unserviceable HT XLPE cable of size 3 core x 120 Sqmm (including joints where exists) and in lieu supply, laying in trenches/along wall/ pole/ in pipe etc, connecting and testing new HT under ground cable of size 3 Core 120 Sqmm, XLPE insulated, screened, eartherd, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip armoured (heavy duty), 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation & earthwork, cable covers, protection pipes and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm including connecting single thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm with connecting single thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling fine, river sand for sand cushioning in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned thickness will be measured and paid).

Material and labour for unreinfoced pre-cast concrete cable cover class HV type-1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth in soft/loose soil for foundation or laying of cable and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material (soil) n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also.

Refilling and fixing of fire Extinguisher Co2 type 2 kg capacity to fixed on wall including fixing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Refilling and fixing of fire extinguiser Co2 type 4.5/5 kg capacity to fixed on wall including fixing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fire ball extinguiser ABC dry powder type, 1.3 kg for electrical installation complete all as specified and directed.
