M&L for cement concrete ( nomaial mix) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) type B2, 1:2:4 in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, trusses fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm aggregate as Walls, drains, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory made, machine pressed, M-40 grade concrete interlocking paver blocks (glossy/reflective type), with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS:15658-2006 (ISI Marked) of 80 mm thickness with & including 50 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty flooring tiles, harsh weather & UV Resistance, high abrasion resistance, MOH Hardness >6, thickness 10 mm thick, area of each tile not less than 0.09 sqm, anti slip type, laid in floors, steps, edges, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile with & including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed.
