Supply, delivery Installation , Testing & Commissioning of 500 KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Phase silent DG Set(Make- Jackson/Caterpillar/Volvo) having Efficiency not less than 90% comprising of Engine, alternator, separate AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB ii approved Acoustic Enclosure having following specifications :- A) ENGINE a) Make - VOLVO/ Caterpillar/Cummins b) BHP - Minimum 587 BHP. c) Engine ambient temperature - 50°C. d) Aspiration - Turbo Charged After cooled e) No of Stroke / Cylinder - 4 Stroke / 6 Cylinder in-line Diesel Engine f) RPM - 1500.g) Battery - Lead Acid, Low Maintenance or SMF and conforming to relevant IS Specification with Low/High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning Make: Exide / Cummins pulse lite . h) Type of Cooling - Radiator cooled with engine water pump and coolant . i) Air Intake System - Air intake manifold with dry type air filter system and vaccum indicator . j) Exhaust System - Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. k) Coupling & Fly Wheels - Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing. l) Lubricating System - Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. m) Fuel System - Comprising of fuel pump with electronic governor, 12V/ 24V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. n) Starting System - 12V/ 24V DC starting system complete with starter motor, charging alternator with rectifier and Cutout.

IP-23 class; Insulation - Class H; RPM - 1500; Winding connection - Star with Neutral; Short Circuit withstand capability - At least 3 Sec. for 3 Phase Fault; Total Harmonic distortion in output waveform - 3% as per IS-4722.C) Genset Controller: Microprocessor based integrated genset monitoring, metering, protection and control system having following features at minimum Display - LED backlit LCD display with tactile switches & generator set status LED lamps.• Digital AVR for shunt or PMG excitation with torque matching. • Digital electronic governing with temperature ompensation and smart starting.• Remote start-stop.• Engine metering - Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed • AC Alternator metering - L-L Voltage and L-N Voltage, Current (1 and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency.• Engine protection - Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/start, Sensor failure.• AC Alternator protection - Over/Under voltage, Over/Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing.• Data logging - Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes.

S & F exhaust pipe of 100 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set to nearest building (Horizontal Run) with suitable high temperature painting.

S&F exhaust pipe of 150 mm. black pipe (thickness 4 mm.) including S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required from the nearest building wall to top of the building roof. (Vertical run) with suitable high temperature painting.

S&F special type MS angle iron bracket support made of 40x40x6 mm. MS angle with flat iron clamp with nuts, bolts & washers etc. for 150/100 mm. dia (Vertical Run)

S & F compression type metal gland for 150/200 mm dia flexible pipe

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC. a) 150 mm. dia exhaust pipe.

Supply and Fixing rain protection canopy

Supply & Laying of 10 core 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated armoured copper cable for control line connection between DG & AMF and connecting the same as per requirement after proper socketing.

Making connection of LT power cables, earthing etc. as required.

Earthing with 65 mm. dia GI pipe (ISI Medium) x 3.0 mtr. Long 1 no. 50 x 6 mm. galvanized (Hot dip) sheet strip (4 mtrs. Long) 12 mm. dia x 125 mm. long GI nuts, bolts & washers etc. for neutral earth.

Earthing with 50 mm. dia GI pipe (ISI Medium) x 3.0 mtr. Long for equipment body earth as per GS

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode for neutral earth.

Extra connecting the neutral of DG to earth electrode including S&F 50mmx6mm Galvanized(Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape

Hiring charges for scaffolding by bamboo, coir rope by square type arrangement for smooth working and lifting of MS black pipe for vertical installation including dismantling after completion of work.

S&F MS angle iron structure made of 50x50x6mm MS angle for shade structure & to support 100mm dia MS pipe. Incl painting as per GS.

Making CC & Brick foundation (10inch brick work) bellow 1mt from GL & 450mm above GL. Of size. 6.5mt x 2.5mt incl. 3mm thick neat cement finish on all four sides & top.

Supply of 4C 300 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Mk:-Havells/Polycab/Glowstar)

Laying of one No. cable 300 sq mm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable as below after cutting floor/pavement/wall and making holes incl, embedding the cable at an avg. Depth as below and mending good damages to original finish incl. Removing the rubbish.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression glands and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC shethed cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3 1/2 x 185 sq. mm

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc.

Shade for silent DG, roof by GI colour sheet (Mk:- TATA/ISI) @ pillar by hollow iron rod (Mk:- TATA/ISI). 4mtr x 3mtr.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Dismantling, reinstallation, testing and commissioning of existing 125 KVA DG set with panels, AMF etc at separate places with necessary tools and tackles (maximum 500 metre away for each DG) as per direction of EIC with necessary CC foundation etc
