Providing ,transporting, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate) , cost of required centering , shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine aggregate : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening ,cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars Fe -500D or more

Provding and laying autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonry with 100mm /125 mm thick with grade - 1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3 ) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate) . The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 nos 6 mm dia M.S.bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling , partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc- Vengai wood.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type , core of block board construction with frame of 1 st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters - 25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S.Piano hinges IS : 3818 marked with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing nickel plated M.S.pipe curtain rods with nickel plated brackets - 25 mm dia (heavy type)

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door , with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright / matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete - 100 mm
