Taking down chowkats (or) frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area exc.1.5 sqm but not exc 4sqm each including separating guard bars/grills/wire mesh etc., all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge metred cut at two corners and joined by inserting two Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm square tube fixed to wall in repairs by drilling 100mm long MS screws using PVC fastener complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
