P/L applying tack coat using straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 : on biyuinous surface 0.50Kg/Sqm.

Cold miling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the depth of 100mm by mechanical means using miling machine, without disturbing the under laying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after miling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, neccessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dense Bituminous Macadam using Hot Inplant Technology Application Hot In plant recycling technology to strengthening of existing wearing course upto 60mm thickness as per MORTH specification (Section 519- mainly Clause no. 519.4.2 and 519.6) confirming to grading of specification, Bitumen, and virgin asphalt in following proportion:- (i) Fresh Bituminous concrete confirming to Grading Specification @ 70% of additio of total mix other than recycled. (ii) Bitumen VG-30 for Bitumen @ 5.5% of by weight of fresh aggregates. (iii) Binder @2% by weight of mix. Tecycling pavement by cold miling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface agter cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stockpiling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvennators as required, mixing in a hot mis plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in Clause 519.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level adn alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects
