M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazzo from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering/plastering, 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing wall finishes, any type by vigorously wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc in CM 1:3 & applying 02 coats wall putty (Birla putty) on the surface with uniform thickness incorporating Birla putty @ 2.00 kg/Sqm & making surface absolutely smooth on entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge & applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Berger Rangoli Emulsion, Asian Apcolite Emulsion/Nerolac/ Dulux

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size not exceeding 1.50 Square metre each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35 above herein before but size exceeding 1.5 Square metre and not exceeding 4 Square metre each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description of exceeding 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed
