Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leaping complete all as specified and directed.

Scrapping surfaces of roof by wire brushing removing all loose dirt and cleaning and washing down the surgaces with water complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/5 cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 40mm graded stone aggretgate, as in PCC kerb and base for PVC tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, as in padding over roof surface with minium thickness at khurra as 25mm and to maitain a slope of 1:100 at other end complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting grooves in brick wass 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 22mm thick PCC tiles laid over cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and joints grouted flush in cement mortat (1:3) complete all as speciied and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid for seprately.
