Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connections but excluding the cost of fitting : Flat back wash basin of size 630x450 mm. As per S.I. No. 17.25.1

P/F white vitreous china padestal type water closet (European Type) with seal and lid. 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittingts & C.I. bracket, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with sp. S.I. No. 17.3.1
