Supplying, assembling fabricating and errecting the build up purlin for Extension of Eaves on Gable wall side of godown using with 100x50x3mm MS Rectangular Channel and 100x50mm MS rectangular channel for closing the end of Purlin etc.Complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy).

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using M.S Flat of Size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS Flat, self threaded screws with bushes and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Removing the existing canopy Roof trussess and altering the required needs with existing angles as per the instructions of Departmental Engineers and re-erection as per the directions of Dept. Engineers etc.., The rate is inclusive of labour charges for removing the trusses and re-erection of the same etc.., complete complying with standard specifications.

Removing the existing purlins of size 100x50x6mm of MS channel and re-erection of the same after fixing the canopy trusses as per the instructions of Departmental Engineers. The rate is inclusive of labour charges for removing and re-erection of the same and cost of bolts and nuts to fitting the right position etc.., complete complying with standard specifications.

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls and clearing away and depositing the debris in the low lying areas inside the campus as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 160mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of “U” clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick including plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed by manual labour except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification etc.., complete. (For narrow excavation)

Supplying and filling foundation and basement etc.., with Crushed Stone dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well ramed consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement, five M.sand and ten stone jelly) using 40 mm jelly cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for laying curing etc for base course including compacting with platform vibrator laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated etc.., as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc.., complete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half M. sand and Three stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works including plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Foundation & Basement

For Super Structure in Ground Floor upto 4.50m height.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as coloumn footing, bed block, plinth beam, grade beam etc.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square columns sun shade, etc.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand) using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 / Fly ash Brick of size 30x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar, plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

For Foundation and Basement

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar, plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm of length 1.20m cut and bent to shape and fixing in postion with cement concrete 1:2:4 for tying the 2 ply bared wire and painting thw angle with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of 2 ply 10 gauge four pronged Galvanised bared wire with the existing "L" angle placed above the compound wall horzontally 5 rows and Vertically at a spacing of 0.30m and tying with the angle togother by GI binding wire etc.complete complying with standard specifications

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, assembling, fabricating and erecting the Grill gate of size 8.00m x 2.00m using GI Rectangular pipe for outer frame of size 50mm x 50mm and inner portion of gate fitted with square rod grill of size 16mm dia and also using with MS sheet of 18 gauge for required size for Aesthetic appearance with one coat of Red oxide primer the design of gate got approved from the Engineer-Incharge before use on work etc.., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., over the existing redoxide primer etc.., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works)
