Disconncting,dismantling the exsiting LT panel Meter board of size 1500mmX1800mmX350mm,415 Volt,3 phase, 4 wire with bus bar 400 amp capacity from exsiting foundation after taking proper shut down and restoration of electric supply to quaters by necceasary arrangements as directed and keeping safe custody for re fixing back including connecting up all connections, new foundation,connecting up all dismantled connection and ensure proper electricsupply distribution to users DB after carry out the following repair works in panel.

Cutting the rusted out portion of the LT panel board and Welding with new sheets of thickness 2 mm including necessary fabrication at site not exceeding 1sqmtr and necessary painting etc.

Replacement of view glass for meter compartment.

complete painting with two coats of enamel paint by spray painting machine of approved colour with writing/making of connection details including Bldg no & respective quarter number ., danger sign board etc.

Reconnecting the sub mains 25 sqmm single core copper cable to the MCB's and MCCB's terminal with the help of copper lugs and thimbles and tightening properly in such a way that no leakage current found during site inspection.

Disconnecting,dismantling the existing LT panel Meter board for LIFT of size 600mmX1400mmX300mm with angle frame 50mmX50mmX6mm ,415 Volt,3 phase,4 wire with bus bar 400 amp capacity from existing foundation after taking proper shut down and restoration of electric supply to quarters by necessary arrangements as directed and keeping safe custody for re fixing back including connecting up all connections, new foundation, connecting up all dismantled connection and ensure proper electric supply distribution to users DB after carry out the following repair works in panel as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Labour for checking and attending complants of ductable split type ACs, water cooler Refrigetors etc of any capacity, rectification minor defects and make the equipment functional complete all as specified and directed.(any parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items) Note:- (a) The contractor should detail minimum one AC Mechanic & one helper to attend complaints in kashmir House . (b) The complaint should be attended on same day.

Servicing of package type AC 4 Ton capacity complete with blower motor dismantling all parts and refixing after cleaning and replacement of defective parts, dismantling the cover of condensing coil carefuly and carryout servicing, cleaning the external surface (both side) and fan of the unit out side of the equipment like base plate runner fan blade throughly with the help of descaling chemical, brush, water and dry properly including using air blower for cleaning air dust deposited on the equipment and re-fixing the same after repair complete all as specified. M&L for taking down existing unsv condensing coil from Deep freezers of any capacity and replacement by new Condensor coil as per existing capacity upto 500 Ltrs including brazing and dehydration by creating vaccuum for more than 24 Hrs so that no oil/sludge remains in the cooling coil/system. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
