Construction of Road to Mohalla Tarkhanka, Brahmna Khurwain Km. 0/000 to 1/000.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 305 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete PCC- M 15 (M-fifteen) design mix with minimum cement content @300 kg per cum (at the rate three hundred kilogram per cubic metre) for plain/reinforced concrete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects. The rate including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 600mm dia (six hundred millimetre ) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per specifications contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of pavement with 80mm ( Eighty millimetre) thick concrete blocks make ISI conforming to clause 1504.2.1 of MORD specifications, paved and compacted over a thin bedding of sand layers (material meeting the requirement of Table 1500.6 of these specifications) of specified grading to be spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and bounded by properly edge restraints conforming to clause 1504.2.2 and 1504.2.3 of these specifications and complete the work to the satisfication of Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer of the area. 80 mm thick cement concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade, of approved colour, design and pattern, conforming to ISI standards, including carriage of materials for all leads and lifts, loading, unloading and stacking, and all other incidental works, complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1 : 2 : 4 {one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetres)} nominal size grade M-20 (M-twenty ) in substructure as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification for Rural Roads Clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block , dirt wall and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are excluding of Goods Services Tax, but including Labour cess, octroi, royalty, Malkana, Toll taxes, sales tax and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipe of make D-PLAST/POLY.having working pressure of 4.0 kg (four kilogramme) per square centimeter extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals.
