S & F pressure filter of flow rate of 27 m3/hr, shell size: 1700 Dia x1500 Height, thickness of body, dish end & bed plate : 06mm x 08mm x 10mm, frontal (face) pipe line will be fabricate from 80mm ERW pipe, valves in frontal pipe line: 80mm butter fly valve flange less finish, media (sand & gravels) quantity:88 cft, under bed plate strainer nozzle : 225 Nos, pressure gauge :02 Nos including all types of fittings as required/ recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of RCC water reservoir /shallow wells (inside) of dia 25 m and depth 8m by dewatering the complete reservoir, removing the sediments (silt) settled at the bottom of reservoir, scraping with the help of shovels, hard brushes and physical cleaning of reservoir/shallow well by de-scaling /brooming silt and sludge and other deposits from inner side, collecting and taking them out with the help of manual labour and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m and making it clean and washing properly with bleaching powder mixed with water (1:10) and applying two coats of anti fungal paint (white in colour) both internally and externally and writing the date of cleaning, and capacity of tank in paint (white letters on black back ground) including removing of any vegetation growth on the tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All necessary T & P, labours, materials and insurance of labour required for cleaning is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for addition alteration in old GI pipe, screwing, cutting, threading, fixing of GI fittings like union, elbow, tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc of upto 80 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates for necessary GI fittings like union, tees, nipples, elbow etc is deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size 80mm dia confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary earth work if any required for the item.

S & F Cast Iron Sluice Valve 80 mm PN 1.6 flanged conforming to IS 14846, hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts, flanged, drilled to IS 1538 non rising stem PN 1.6 shell test pressure 1.5 Mpa Hyd , seat test pressure 1.0 Mpa Hyd including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F Chlorine dosing system for 500 LPH including pump, storage tank and all type of connecting accessories and flowmeter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
