Supply, installation testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set comprising of diesel engine liquid cooled (latest CPCB - II norms compliance) and alternator of capacity not less than 66 KW, 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 HZ, 0.8 power factor at 1500 RPM, both coupled and aliened on a common base frame complete with standard accessories like MS fuel tank AVM pads fitted on common base frame Control panel and AMF panel with digital measurement devices, along with acoustic enclosures conforming to latest IS 10002, ISO - 3046, BS 5514 and complete in all respects including lubricant oil filled in engine, DG Set Manual. Make:- Kirloskar Green Gen Set Model No 4R1040TA G1 66 KW Generator or Equivalent in Cummins / Ashok Layland / Mahindra PRIME MOVER:- Prime mover suitable for driving alternator 66 KW capacity having 102 HP at 1500 RPM for rated output for alternator in accordance with latest BE/IS specifications with electric starting device with all standard fittings and 1 Nos batteries of 12 volt 100 AH or equivalent with battery charger built in AMF panel. (Make : Kirloskar/ stamford / Jyoti / Crompton Greaves /Alstom) with one set of connecting leads of 35 sqmm size copper cable. Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated. The Engine shall be equipped ENGINE INSTRUMENT AMF PANEL:- All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lubricating oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM, Hour meter and starting switch etc including 4 Nos GI Strip size of 25x4mm complete for DG set at site. The auto start and auto stop panel consisting of line voltage monitoring 12 volts 2 amps battery charger. FUEL TANK:- The 150 ltr capacity with inlet and outlet arrangement, air vent and drain plug arrangement. Note : - The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for PCC foundation of size 3.6 mtr length 1.8 mtr width and height of PCC 0.3 mtr below ground level and 0.6 mtr above ground level by using PCC 1:3:6, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including form work, excavation and earth work etc. complete all as directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored LT electric power underground cables, heavy duty with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories like aluminum thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge. M & L for providing earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to copper strip 25 x 3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc.of copper / brass connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,GI water pipe with 20mm dia.funnel &wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with brazing to get proper conductivity.

M&L earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 3mm copper strip including fixing arrangement like epoxy insulators on wall/pole etc.. Note:- All the joints shall be made with brazing to get proper conductivity.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 80 mm bore, steel tubing galvanized, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.(Make : TATA/JINDAL/Zenith)

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Sand course dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid flat dry with width of the laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.
