Providing and fitting of 200 Amp, 415 ± 10% VOLTS, 50 ± 3 % Hz, 4-pole Change–over switch SS enclosure.

Providing and erecting of 09-Mtr (SP-33) steel Tubular Poles as per IS-2713 part-II-1980. The Steel tubular poles shall have to be erected by grouting in cement concrete block in (1:1½:3 mix) of adequate size to avoid tilting and in round shape. The poles shall be fitted / welded with 6 mm thick M. S Plate of 300 mm x 300 mm in size at the bottom and having holes drilled at top at appropriate position for accommodating MS fasteners for holding crosses and all safety/ operative devices. The whole structure shall be applied with two coats of anti-corrosive paint and two coats of paint of silver shade. The job includes I. Providing / Fixing of V- cross arms fabricated out of ISLC-75x40MM channels of suitable length to carry insulators, ACSR conductor. II. P/F of 11KV Pin Insulators with Pins to be fitted on the Tubular Pole. III. Providing and fixing of suitable spiral earthing to all erected poles.

Providing and fabrication of ISA 65x65x 5mm , 50x50x5 mm to be utilized for horizontal ,vertical and truss etc .The job includes painting of two coats of red oxide, tools and tackles etc.

Providing and fitting of following: ACSR 0.05 Length of conductor 700 mtrs ISMC 75x40 Channels 9’long - 09 Nos. ISMC 75x40 V-cross 1.5m long with F top 02 Nos. Pin Insulators = 06 Nos. Galvanized stay set 02 Nos.
