PROVIDING PREFABRICATED WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT SHIRAGUPPI VILLAGE IN KAGAWAD TALUKA

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as Prime Contractor , at least one similar water supply work of value not less than Rs. 33.66 Lakhs. The Certificate issued should not be below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Executed following minimum quantities of works: PCC Concrete work of atleast 5.2 Cum , RCC Concrete work of atleast 14.18 Cum, Pipeline work (CI/MS/DI/ PVC/HDPE/GI) of atleast 72.0 Rmtr,Earthwork excavation of at least 116.42 Cum.

The bidder shall have successfully executed at least one (01) Water Treatment Plant work of similar nature which includes construction, installation and commissioning of sedimentation units using Tube Settler or Lamella Clarifier technology

Construction of at least one (01) Water Treatment Plant with basement with minimum capacity of 1.73 MLD

The Tenderer should possess valid registration of appropriate Class with PWD Department of Class III And Above

Tenderer must have assessed available tender capacity as per formula in KW documents of Rs. 67.33 Lakhs

The Tenderer should submit the Unconditional line of credit from Banker of a nationalized Bank Scheduled Bank liquid assets amounting to 30% of amount put to tender Rs.20.19 Lakhs

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.Rs.134.64 Lakhs .(usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract) (The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted). The certificate should be affixed with the seal of the office of the Chartered Accountant with the registration number and duly notarized by Notary Public.)
