SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-53 P-54 AND P-55 OF STN WKSP EME AT KANDHAR LINE UNDER GE (CENTRAL) DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc incl remove all debris in 2 KM form site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, applied in two layers i.e.. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd (top) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) mixed with WPC finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

M&L for old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of wall and complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing , brooming down, washing with water etc applying two coat of oil bond distemper on wall complete all a specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing , brooming down, washing with water etc and providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two ormore coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness complete all as specified and directed.
