Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering,etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm metre dia but not exceeding 600 mm Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in all kinds of metresoil for depth exceeding 1.5 m, but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth up to 1.5 metre). as per HSR No.4.16.1.3 & 4.17 @ Rs.96+3 =99/-per mtr

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting outand disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil as per HSR No.4.12.1@ Rs.87/- Per Cum

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformaly finished), jointing with rubberrings marked with I.S:5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC NP2 MARKED WITH IS: 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depth including carriage, loading, unloading, stocking, handling rehandling etc completed in all respect to the satisfaction to the Engineer in charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum as per HSR Item No.6.1.6 @ Rs.2735/- per cum

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR Item No.7.20.1 @ Rs.4341/- per cum

Providing & fixing steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263mm x each 143 165mm of orange colour, confirming to specification in pump chambers, manholes etc., having minimum 3mm thick polypropylene polymer confirming to is:10910 encapsulated on 12mm dia ribbed steel bars per IS : 1786. The rate include cost of setting the same to correct lines and levels duly embedded in 1 :2:4 cement concrete including carriage, loading, uploading, stacking, handling,re-handling etc., complete in all respect to the satisfaction as per HSR Item No.21.28 @ Rs.334/- per each
