Bidder should be enclosed with Indian Railway's PO copy and its performance certificate only.

The minimum offer validity should be 90 days.

Firm/tenders must submit POs/Work order copies/Receipt documents and Performance certificate of the supply for the a minimum of 10 Nos. or more machines to Indian Railway in the last 3 years.

OEM : 1) Tender specific/OEM authorization to be submitted along with the offer. 2) Bidder to quote with Bid specific authorization directly from OEM otherwise offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference and no representation will be entertained. The OEM authorization certificate should be on company letter head and must contain the full name, designation, active e-Mail address & Mobile number of the authorized signatory along with company's stamp. Without these the authorization certificate from OEM will not be considered as valid and offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference and no representation will be entertained. Buyer can seek the authentication of valid authorization certificate from OEM, if required.

Firms are requested to read carefully Annexure-1 attached at Sl No. 17 with this tender before quoting and upload the same with signature and seal of firm, else offer will be ignored.

Para-wise compliance to Technical specification as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B is to be submitted along with offer else offer will be ignored.

CAMC : CAMC for a period of 2 years after warranty must be quoted by tender as optional item. The cost of CAMC shall not be taken into consideration for evaluation of tender .However, consignee reserves the right of ordering for CAMC

FOR: Destination. Firm are advised to quote with delivery term FOR Destination. If firm will offer with delivery term FOR ex-Works and delivery by Road/Rail then firm shall dispatch the stores in such a way that it shall reach the ultimate consignee before terminal date of delivery mentioned in the contract. In such cases merely the dispatch of material within contractual delivery period does not mean that the firm has supplied the material within contractual delivery period but it shall reach to ultimate consignee on or before contractual delivery period as date of supply of material.

Purchase Preference to MSEs:- Micro and Small Enterprises firms registered with DICs/KVIC/KVI Board/Coir Board/NSIC/Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom /Any other body specified by Ministry of MSME may please refer the attached documents. Such firms who are interested in availing themselves of these benefits will enclose with their offer the proof of the fact that they are registered for tendered item with any of these agencies as mentioned in the notification no.503 dated-23-03-2012, as printed in the Gazette of India. MSE firm shall upload there MSE certificate along with offer to get the price preference available to MSEs. In absence of same if the case is decided by considering firm as non MSE firm, the onus or responsibility will be of firm. 2. If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise (in percent of order value) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields; Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others) .
