Technical Specifications: Generator: Type: Slip ring type 3 phase Induction Generator of 1(one) HP rated capacity to be operated at variable frequency. Rotor: No. of blades: 3, The rotor of the generator should be mechanically coupled with wind turbine through gear box and clutches (if any) so that the Generator should be within the specified speed range depending on the wind velocity. Performance parameter: Rated wind speed: 12.5m/sec , Power generation at rated speed: 300W, Cut-in speed: 3.5m/sec, Cut-out speed: 23m/sec. Suitable arrangement of Capacitor bank of required rating should be supplied for Induction generator. Wind generating unit: 3 phase Induction motor: Power rating: 15 (HP), Generated wind speed range: 0-15 m/sec, It should be provided for the generation of wind within the range of 0-15m/sec. Control Unit: Battery Capacity: 42 (Ah)/12V, Inverter: Rated power: 1000(VA), Input voltage: As per requirement. Charge controller: Rated power: As per requirement. Rated load voltage: As per requirement. A Power analyzer of required rating should be supplied along with this item. (i) AC and DC Voltmeters/Ammeters with required ratings should be provided. (ii) Tachometer with sensor should be provided. (iii) Anemometer with required ratings should be provided.
