SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE LT PANELS WITH ALLIED WORKS AT HC MD ACCN, HKC AND OTHER LOCATIONS INSIDE AWC UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW.

Amount

Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel board complete with all fittings and accessories of any capacity incl disconnecting all incoming and out going connections by removing cable glands, lugs, nut bolt and washers incl breaking of PCC for removing MS angle iron any size removing the loop of cables carefully complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) Necessary shut down shall be taken in writing before disconnecting all cables. (2) M&L for Arrangement of Alternative/Bypass supply with all protective measures to the living accn shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine sand for cable protection in layers incl punning all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for the payment.

M&L for Tubes, 'light' grade,galvanised, with all fitting of size 50 mm bore, laid in trenches for cale protection all as specified and directed

M&L for Tubes, 'light' grade,galvanised, with all fitting of size 80 mm bore, laid in trenches for cale protection all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying ,fixing, jointing and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm x3.5 core IS 7098 marked with electric connection, lugs/in GI pipes incl connection to LT panels with gland all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cable jointing kit straight through for LT XLPE cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specifed and directed.

Drilling (Horizontally) existing road (maximum 10 mtr wide) suitable for passing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI tubing shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 18 and 19 : The rate includes for use and waste of necessary form work .

M&L for continuous brick work sub class B modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 06 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1.4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI strip 25x4 mm size and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be unit included in rate quoted.
