Supply and errection of Swaged tubular steel poles conforming to IS: 2713 standards, ensuring durability and reliability for overhead power lines complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 m long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a red oxide primer, providing corrosion resistance and a long-lasting finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of HT/LT poles etc complete including necessary formwork weathering, and ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of stays and HT/LT poles etc complete including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for maintenance free Chemical bore Earthing of Dual Pipe technology of 3 m long with Outer pipe Diameter of 88 mm & inner pipe diameter 48 mm, the pipes outer is properly galvanized for 80-120 micron and Wall thickness of inner pipe 3.0 mm and 2.0 mm of outer pipe. There should be terminal for connection of 75 X 6.0 mm with two holes of 14mm diameter. Electrode is duly filled with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminal of 75 X 5.2 mm at top. The electrode shall be duly tested & certified by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt. Of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 kArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 kA. The Electrode is tested in MSME Govt of India. The Electrode is tested for salt spray testing as per B 117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500 hours from NABL accredited lab CHEM .T 298 /& MECH.T 299 & ISO/IEC 17025 accredited material testing lab, Supply of earth enhancing Compound 2 Bags of 25kgs each. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any International accredited and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory.The testing laboratory should be ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350 & IEC62321/111/54/CDV. The pH value of compound should be between 7 to 8.(i.e. basic in nature) The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexachromium should be below detection level. (i.e. Non Toxic Compound) including necessary boring in ground of 150 / 200mm dia in any type of strata connecting to test point including provision of chamber cover complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for special factory made Pure Copper Single Pipe earthing, the pipe dia is of 76 mm Pipe, & wall thickness of pipe is 2.0 mm & the cavity is filled with highly conductive, non?corrosive material along with supply of Fast Electrode Earth Enhancing Compound 2 Bag of 25 Kgs. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350/ AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91& Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should have test certification ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP-OES for contains of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium(Below Detection Level). The manufacture of Earthing should be registered under Udyam registration and certified for ISO 9001:2015 including necessary boring in ground of 150/200 mm dia in any type of strata connecting to test point including provision of chamber cover complete all as required

Notes: (i) The earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms. (ii) Contractor shall improve the desired earthing resistance within the permissible limit without any extra cost.

M&L for providing and laying GI tape of durable and corrosion-resistant, ideal for use in earthing systems, cross sectional area of 32 mm width and 6 mm thickness, ensuring effective current dissipation and mechanical strength, the tape is laid directly in the ground, securely connected to the earth electrode, and buried at a depth as per safety standards complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of weather proof LT panel indoor type made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick, cubical type factory made with front opening type free standing, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply having 4 Nos aluminium bus bars of 4000 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete, painted with powder coated with locking arrangement, mounted on MS agnle bae frame of size 75 x 75 x 6mm including grouting in PCC. The LT panel povided with the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Microprocessor based Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), manual draw out type 4 pole, 2500A, 415V, 75 KA, 50 Hz - 01 No. Outgoing: (a) MCCB 4P, 400A, 50 KA,415V, thermal magnetic release, AC supply including extended rotary handle and spreader terminals fo incoming and outgoing - 07 Nos, (b) MCCB 4P, 630A, 50 KA,415V thermal magnetic release - , AC supply including extended rotary handle and spreader terminals fo incoming and outgoing - 02 Nos, (c) Panel mounted type digital multifunctional energy meter A, V,Z, KW, PF T operated, LT 3 Phase, 4 wire inclding CT ration 100/5 - 10 Nos, (d) Control MCB 'C' curve, SP, 6 to 32A, 10KA, 'C' Curve - 02 Nos, (e) LED phase indicator (R,Y & B) - 10 Set.

Supply and drawing 3 x 2.5 sqmm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, the cable is drawn through existing surface/recessed steel or PVC conduits, or within existing steel swaged poles, as required.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Drives Generating Set, 415 Volts, 40 KVA (32KW), 3 Phase, 4 wire, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, radiator cooled engine, self excited, self regulated brushless AC generator suitable for ambient conditions complete with sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV norms, with battery, Control panel for automatic starting on main failure installed on cement concrete foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer and 60 cm above ground level complete all as specified in description given below and directed. (a) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine suitable BHP at 1500 RPM multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled, Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature, Coolant heater, Oil drain pump, Heavy duty air cleaner, Electronic Governing, Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities, Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature etc and ARAI approved capable of taking 10% over loading. The engine shall be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

(b) Control panel shall be manufactured with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts :- (i) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. This control includes an intuitive operator interface that allows for complete generator set control as well as system metering, fault annunciation, configuration and diagnostics. Intuitive operator interface which includes LED backlit LCD display with tactile feel soft-switches and generator set status LED lamps, Remote Start-Stop, Engine Metering : Oil pressure, Engine temperature, Starting battery voltage, Engine running hours, AC Alternator Metering : L-L Voltage and L-N Voltage, Current (phase and total), kVA (phase and total) and Frequency. Engine Protection : Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to Crank/ Start, Sensor failure, Cranking lockout, Low fuel level. AC Alternator Protection : Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Loss of AC Sensing. Data Logging : Engine Hours, Control Hours and upto 5 recent fault codes Configurable glow plug control, 12 Volt DC operation, Sleep mode, Modbus interface (RS485 RTU), InPower compatible (PC based service tool).

(ii) Automatic starting on mains failure (AMF Panel) as per the manufacturer standard practice and specification complete with Aluminum bus bars of suitable capacity of incoming/outgoing terminals, Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’. (iii) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (iv) Circuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (c) Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 40 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply, Brushless type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1, Compact design with sealed bearings and ƒImpregnation on all wound components suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulations. (d) Mounting Arrangement : Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. Base frame with integral fuel tank shall be provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (e) Fuel Tank : Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer standard specification fabricated out of MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class C pipe of suitable dia complete with valves. (f) Exhaust System : Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter.

(g) Starting System : 12V/24V starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries (lead acid type) as required as per specification. (iii) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (iv) Circuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (h) Acoustic Enclosure : Specially designed to meet stringent CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black, High quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (Foam) complying to IS 8183, Two point lifting for easy handling, Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load, 11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment, Flush styling - no projections, Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel, Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure etc. Note : PCC and earth work for DG set foundation, cable connection with glands and lugs shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates

Removing excavated material, transported and deposited not exceeding 50 metres from the excavation site and the deposit should not exceed 1.5 meters above the level of the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS channels, MS clamps, steel fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed.
