Assessment of defects of 1.6 MVA HT transformer of WSS Beehama Contingency Plant by way of following works: Isolating of HT transformer from the electrical circuit and lifting the transformer from the station by using Crane (Crane to be arranged by the firm as per requirement)-1job Loading in a private truck, tipper or similar with 30 Km lead-1 trip Unloading at workshop, dismantling of transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, extraction of coils after removal of core assembly from the container for assessment of faults Concerned Engineer shall witness the disassembly and assessment process. The job includes cost of transit insurance of 1.6 MVA transformer for shifting from pump station to workshop

Complete assembling of the transformer by way of fitting HT/LT coils in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/ bolts and gaskets. Reconnecting HT/ LT Connections. Carriage back of HT/LT transformer from workshop to pump station or any assigned workshop in a private truck, tipper or similar with 30km lead. The job includes cost of transit insurance of 1.6 MVA transformers for shifting from work shop to pump station.

Enlargement of access hole for transformer LT service line in the building premises of Phase 2nd and separation of the lines on wooden planks including clamping etc. The job also includes re-tapping of existing LT aluminum service cable at damaged areas by means of appropriate size Aluminum Thimbles and then insulating the damaged area properly as per standards and finally testing the cable successfully on full load.
