Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 02 above here in but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soft it of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc inck raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cenent) incl WPC as per user manual at any height etc complete all as specified and directed ( thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surface as on ceiliong, chhajja, shelves etc to match with existing surfaces finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and appling two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall over one coat of primer resistance through machancial spray gun machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface on ceilling & applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance through machancial spray gun machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
