Filtration of Servo voltage stabiliser oil from bottom to achieve di-electric strength not less than 40 KV for one minute as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant for checking di electric strength & acidity test of oil and carrying out dehydration (Filtration) of cooling/ insulating oil of LT switch gears through straight line oil filtration plant for removing carbon deposit, extracting moisture content etc. electric strength & acidity to be tested before and after filtration and submit the test results all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary connections to filtrations plant from stabiliser and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections.

Supply only insulating /cooling oil suitable for LT switch gears having di electric strength of more than 40 KV for filling / topping up.

Repair and maintenance of APFC panel any make with complete calibration of systems, including all parameter as per manufacturer design servicing rectification of defects by replacing minor parts etc., and the major parts measured in relevant schedule while servicing once in three months all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The following checking will be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation all the time all as specified and directed. (a) Checking of the control panel, power supply, MCB/MCCB, circuits etc and tighten to any loose contact. (b) Checking of the healthiness of capacitors, contactors and APFC relays. (c) Cleaning of the panel by using blower without any disturbance/ damages.

Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/switch disconnector fuses/change over switches/metering equipment etc.as incoming/outgoing controls including replacing and welding the door hinges,cleaning,checking the serviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts and replacing the worn out fasteners,insulators,rubber door beadings, gaskets and painting of panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.Note:Unserviceable major parts replaced shall be measured & paid under relevant item.

Material and labour for G.I. tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of motor starter panel comprising metering equipment MCB's, contactors, control equipment including cleaning greasing hinges, locking arrangement, checking serviceability of individual items, identification of defective/worn out parts and replacing the same, such as insulators, rubber door beadings, gaskets, over load relay ,contactor, terminals, , MCCB, single ph preventer, fuses, MCBs, , voltmeter, Ampere meter, wiring etc of capacity unto 100 HP motor including cleaning, tightening of all connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Spares replaced if any shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
